5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process

To book our photography services:

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and a signed service agreement
The deposit is non-refundable and secures your date and time
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement

5.2 Payment Terms

Our payment terms include:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee to secure your booking
The remaining balance due one week before the scheduled session date
For commercial clients, payment terms may be negotiated and will be specified in the service agreement
Late payments may incur additional fees

5.3 Rescheduling and Cancellation

Our rescheduling and cancellation policy is as follows:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit
Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund
In case of extreme weather conditions or illness, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost

6. Service Delivery

6.1 Photography Sessions

For photography sessions:

Sessions will start and end at the agreed-upon times
Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled end time
We reserve the right to use our professional judgment regarding location, poses, and styling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate specific requests, but cannot guarantee specific shots
Additional time beyond the scheduled session will incur extra charges

6.2 Image Delivery

For image delivery:

Delivery times vary by service package, typically 2-4 weeks for standard services
A selection of preview images may be provided before final delivery
Images will be delivered via an online gallery unless otherwise specified
Additional products (prints, albums) may have separate delivery timeframes
Rush delivery services may be available for an additional fee

6.3 Image Editing

Our standard editing process includes:

Color correction and exposure adjustment
Basic retouching (blemish removal, skin smoothing)
Conversion to black and white as appropriate for our signature style
Advanced retouching is available for an additional fee
We do not provide raw, unedited images

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Photography Services

While we make every effort to provide services of the highest quality:

We are not liable for compromised coverage due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or other factors beyond our control
We maintain backup equipment but cannot be held liable for technical failures beyond our control
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the services
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

7.2 Website Use

Regarding our website:

We provide the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis
We do not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment when using our website
